Device description:

The KNX weather stations record various local weather and solar position data. Additionally, an integrated GPS module ensures precise time and location information. Depending on the date, solar positions, wind, and solar radiation, shadings, lighting, and irrigation systems can be controlled. The KNX weather station combinations consist of a weather station and a KNX coupling module with a GPS receiver. The weather stations operate maintenance-free and without any moving parts.

The following are recorded:

• Wind speed and wind direction (via ultrasound)
• Temperature and humidity
• Rain intensity and cumulative rain amount (via radar)
• Solar radiation and cumulative solar radiation
• Particulate matter pollution with particle sizes PM1, PM2.5, and PM10
• Local longitude and latitude (coupling module)
• Brightness (coupling module)
• Date/time | system clock (coupling module)
