2. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are based on the current prices of our shipping service provider UPS. Since these prices may vary, the applicable shipping costs will be indicated during the ordering process or in our offer.
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping costs if UPS changes its rates. The shipping costs stated at the time of your order shall be decisive.

3. Ordering and Payment

Please send us your order and your delivery address via email or fax. We will provide you with an offer, which becomes legally binding upon payment of the purchase price to our bank account, stating the order number.
As soon as the payment has been received, the goods will be shipped to the specified delivery address.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw your order within two weeks without stating any reason in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods. The withdrawal period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice or the goods in due time.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return the services received and, where applicable, any derived benefits (e.g. interest or usage advantages).
You must bear the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the goods ordered. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

5. Defects / Complaints

We stand fully behind the quality of our products. Should you nevertheless have reason for a complaint within the warranty period, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible and present the original invoice, or at least report the issue in due time. Obvious defects must be reported immediately within the 14-day return period.

Unstamped (postage unpaid) returns will not be accepted. In the case of justified returns, we will reimburse the postage afterwards.

6. Invalidity Clause

The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Any invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the intended purpose.
